Positive: Hostess polite and willing to help! Location was convenient as it is located in a short distance from Koundouros (that we mainly preferred) and the main town of Kea. Nicely built rooms and private parking spot for car.

Negative: Room wasn't clean when we arrived but it was handled quite fast - we still had to wait for about an hour. Room also a bit small for a family of three. One shutter didn't fully close (seemed to be broken) and there was a not too loud but irritating beeping sound going on and off throughout the day and night.

Summary: Great hostess, room not bad but below expectations.

Positive: Nice and calm location and overall a modern building with good facilities. But not really worth the money they charge for

Negative: The apartment was not clean when we arrived and even after the cleaning services came, it remained far from impeccable. The description makes it understand as if the pool is of exclusive use of the tenants of the studio but it is instead shared with another apartment which actually has direct access to the pool. The equipment of the flat is basic ( max a pot and a pan, no other basic kitchen tools ) and again not what one would expect for 200 euros per night

Summary: Nice location and flat, but description does not match fully reality and equipment and cleanliness far from good

Positive: We had wonderful stay at Melie Boutique by A&D Properties. The house is in a prime location—perched perfectly for amazing sea and sunset views. It was the ideal setting to relax and unwind. The property itself was immaculately clean, incredibly spacious, and very comfortable—clearly well cared for and thoughtfully designed. Every detail, from the cozy bedding to the stylish decor, contributed to a sense of effortless comfort and elegance. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the peaceful beauty of Tzia in style and comfort. I would absolutely return!
